Do you offer ongoing maintenance or just one-time projects?
We do both. Many clients start with a project (such as a new landscape install or cleanup) and then move into an ongoing maintenance plan. We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your property, budget and expectations.
Are you insured and do you carry workers’ compensation?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation for our team members. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request, which many HOAs and commercial clients require.
How soon can you start after I approve a quote?
Start times vary by season and project size. For maintenance, we can often begin within 1–2 weeks. For larger installs and hardscapes, we’ll provide an estimated start window in your proposal and keep you updated as we approach your date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as checks and ACH/bank payments. Commercial and HOA clients can also set up invoicing terms once approved.
